Rick Taylor is as ‘local’ as they come, born at Coledale Hospital, Rick grew up in
Thirroul whilst spending much of his early childhood in Wombarra and Scarborough at each of his grandparents homes. A born leader Rick was school captain of Thirroul
Primary School way back in 1970. He attended Bulli High School where he was again elected school captain in 1976. A keen sportsperson Rick also captained sporting teams for his school, the township and at representative level for the Illawarra.
Rick was a High School teacher before commencing his Real Estate career in 1983. He became Principal of his first Real Estate office in 1986 and is the Licensee and
Director at Ray White Woonona.
Married with three children Rick is a devoted family man with a deep commitment to old fashioned work ethics, Rick prides himself on his honesty, professionalism and
integrity. Fiercely loyal to his family and friends, Rick demonstrates the same level of commitment to attaining the best possible result for his clients.
One of the areas premier Auctioneers, Rick has many successful Auctions to his credit, having auctioned property for private individuals, companies, government bodies and banking institutions. Widely respected by his peers Rick is also the chairperson of the Illawarra Estate Agents Co-operative having been a board director for the past 5 years.
